Oman's Ministry of National Economy Website, probably the only Omani govt website with anything resembling useful information - particularly for Omani post-grad students writing the obligatory chapter about Oman - has a link to the State Audit Institution. Nothing interesting there until I clicked on the Contact Us link and a new option appeared in the menu: Inform Us.
